As of the first of the year a new feature became available on the LFR wbsite. A new TAB was added that gives immediate access to information contained in our new Customer Resource Manager (CRM).

The CRM was developed over the last 12 months to help improve our single biggest complaint: meeting deadlines.

Internally the CRM has dramatically helped improve work flow on new projects, so much so that we are offering heavy discounts on missed dates.

Externally the CRM gives a client access to work completed or in process at LFR, almost up to the minute. Also available are estmates, invoices, statements of work, reports, price lists, capibility, facilty availability and much more.

A valid username and password IS required to access this resource.
